Couldn’t have said it better myself, Oprah.

One of my new year’s resolutions is to keep up with a personal blog. Yes, I’m aware of the new year resolution cliches and I agree with most of them… lose 50 pounds, read more books, spend more time with family, yadda yadda yadda. However, I have a good feeling that 2014 is going to be a life-changing year. I’m graduating from college, starting my career, and most importantly- beginning a new chapter of my life.

As I reminisced on 2013 via my social media accounts, I realized that I was missing my voice & story in many of my postings. A posting is pretty useless if it doesn’t tell a compelling story. Right?

So I’m starting off right by beginning a new story- hopefully a compelling one. (If not, it’ll be something cool I can look back on at the end of year. Always trying to see the silver lining…)

Anyone have any promising new year resolutions? I’d like to know.
